Stranger Approaches Kids at Their Deserted Lemonade Stand - Their Mom Secretly Films the Interaction

A New Orleans man stopped at a lemonade stand to support the young entrepreneurs and their mom caught the heartwarming moment.

Melissa Sylvester’s children, Chloe and Milo, and their friend Carly, started a lemonade stand selling lemonade, cookies, and artwork. Unfortunately, it started raining and customers were slow to arrive.

Melissa knew they would be heartbroken if she asked them to clean up and come inside.

The kids just sat and waited, and finally a car stopped.

The man, Malik Cornist, bought lemonade, a cookie, and a piece of artwork from the children.

Melissa recorded the moment because she saw that the children were smiling and happy, so she wanted to capture it. She posted the short clip on TikTok and it went viral.

I have never met Malik before. I was like, who was this angel? He bought everything they were selling. He was smiling and interested.

Malik was going about his usual routine when a friend sent him a direct message asking if he had bought lemonade.

He had no idea how his friend knew, but soon Malik received more messages about the viral clip. Everyone loved his kind gesture.

"The other day I was coming home from work, and I saw a lemonade stand on the side of the street. I had to stop by and show my support to young entrepreneurs," Malik said on TikTok.

How One Man Proved the Importance of Spreading Happiness

Thanks to the viral clip, Malik and Melissa’s family met again and formed a new friendship.

To show her appreciation, Chloe drew another artwork for Malik: A drawing of a dragon drinking lemonade.

People noticed Chloe’s talent and mentioned that she could sell her artwork. But Melissa said she didn’t want to cloud her daughter’s creativity with money. She wants Chloe to enjoy what she is doing and feel happy with her creations.

One seemingly normal moment for one person, was a source of joy and contentment for another. You never know when your actions can create a core memory for someone else.
